Training and support is a vital part of franchising and it’s at forefront of the Drain Doctor franchise model.
Our training programme ensures that motivated individuals can enter an industry with huge earning potential without previous experience. Giving you all of the confidence and technical competence to launch and grow your business. Our 12-week ‘Sure Start’ programme ensures you and your dedicated business development manager have covered every detail of training, support and launch tasks for your business, so that you are fully prepared to hit the ground running.
This includes a comprehensive 10-day residential training course at Drain Doctor’s head office. This is broken down into 5 days of learning Drain Doctor’s coveted business systems and customer service best practices. Followed by 5 days of certified technical training. Whilst we don’t want our franchise owners doing the work yourself, we do want you to become an expert in the industry so that you can manage your team and assure your customers…oh and we also technically train your initially employed staff members…FOR FREE.
Drain Doctor is a management franchise, meaning that you WILL NOT be conducting the work yourself. Instead, your role is to manage and motivate your skilled team members whilst facilitating growth in your local area.
