We will design your bespoke individual business plan in line with your aspirations. We only provide B2B commercial cleaning services, and our core business model (income) is made up of 90% contracted customers, so franchisees will benefit from the financial stability of recurring monthly income. We have mapped the UK into 85 high growth regions, and you will have exclusive rights to your territory, and the potential to grow and develop a really rewarding business.
Green Machine have designed our franchise package to give you best industry training and support available, so that you have the skills, knowledge and support you will need to succeed. We will initially welcome you into the Green Machine family, with our two-week training course (10 days) residential all-inclusive program. And will provide a comprehensive operation manual to help with the day to day operation of your franchise and which is updated with the latest industry best working practices and innovations.
Your daily responsibilities and commitments will change as your new business grows and develops. Initially, you will be more office based, generating brand awareness, and dealing with enquiries to increase sales. As your contract base increases, you will find yourself dedicating more time towards maintaining service standards and managing staff.
Your day…. 6.30am – 8.30am – Plan your working day ahead…….8.30am – 10.00am Office based checking emails/voicemails…..10.00am – 14.00pm – Attend new customer appointments or site audits – producing bespoke new tender proposals – processing completed audits…. 16.00pm – 17.00pm Office based administration and phone calls – and speaking to the Green Machine Team.
