Boss Pizza has appointed experienced operations specialist Anuj Malhotra as Head of Operations UK as the fast-growing pizza brand continues its ambitious expansion across the country.

Anuj joins Boss Pizza with extensive experience gained at Domino’s franchise operator SK Group, where he began his career in 2008 when the business operated just 10 stores. During his tenure, the estate grew to more than 250 stores. As Regional Operations Manager, he was responsible for overseeing Store Performance, Operational Standards and Business Growth across multiple locations.

The appointment comes as Boss Pizza prepares to open the latest tranche of stores in Nottingham, Mansfield, Burton upon Trent, St Helens and Edinburgh, with further expansion planned over the coming months.
