Tezlom Achieves 100% Compliance

Tezlom, a trusted healthcare recruitment franchise and provider of staffing solutions within the healthcare sector, is proud to announce its successful completion of the most recent Quality Assurance Audit, achieving a perfect 100% compliance rating. This marks yet another milestone in Tezlom’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards in recruitment and compliance.

The audit, which evaluates adherence to industry standards, legislation, and best practices, is part of Tezlom’s continuous effort to safeguard its service users and maintain full compliance within the healthcare sector. As part of its robust compliance procedure, Tezlom ensures that all live and active workers remain fully compliant at all times. With up to eight full audits annually, in addition to random spot checks, the company has set a standard of transparency and accountability in its operations.

Tezlom was one of only five companies out of more than 300 to receive a flawless audit result, with zero minors, zero majors, and zero critical marks. This achievement further demonstrates Tezlom’s unwavering dedication to upholding industry best practices. In the past nine years, the company has consistently passed all audits with exceptional results, further solidifying its reputation as an industry leader.

‘At Tezlom, we take great pride in making sure that every candidate is carefully screened, vetted, and trained before we place them with our clients to support vulnerable adults and children,” said Amanda, Group Compliance Manager at Tezlom. “We’re committed to going above and beyond, working as a team to meet high standards and make sure all our recruitment and compliance processes are aligned with all statutory legal requirements, Conduct Regulations as well as best practices. This helps protect service users and reduces the risk of any safeguarding concerns. Our golden rule is simple: we will never take on an individual who we wouldn’t trust to care for a member of our own family or loved one’.

Tezlom’s commitment to compliance is an ongoing process. As part of its comprehensive procedure, training, and checks are refreshed annually for all workers. This ensures that Tezlom’s staff are always up to date with the latest legislation and best practices in the industry. The company’s recruitment and compliance teams work hand-in-hand to ensure that every candidate selected has the right qualifications and values to support vulnerable adults and children—because, at the end of the day, the service users are at the heart of everything Tezlom does.

‘As someone overseeing staff compliance at Head Office, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards in recruitment and training. This audit highlights the hard work of our team and reinforces our commitment to keeping both service users and recruitment processes safe and transparent’ said Dom, Senior Resource Consultant.   ‘It’s a reflection of our dedication to excellence and delivering quality care with compliant, reliable staff.’

With 14 years of experience in the care sector, Cheryl, the Group Recruitment Manager also supports compliance. ‘Before transitioning into recruitment, I already had a deep understanding of what makes not just a truly compassionate skilled caregiver, but a compliant one.  My background in administration has also given me a strong appreciation for the vital role that clear documentation and compliance play in providing the best care possible’ added Cheryl.

Looking forward, Tezlom is determined to continue raising the bar for compliance, ensuring that its workers and processes remain in line with the highest standards in the industry. The company remains committed to maintaining its 100% audit status and will continue to implement best practices across its network, delivering the highest quality of care and support to those who need it most.
