This year franchises across the UK are joining forces with X-Factor Winner Sam Bailey for National Children’s Activities Week 2024

The BFA is supporting National Children’s Activities Week 2024 and looking forward to meeting BFA members at the launch event on 8th February

Every year, What’s On 4 Kids hosts National Children’s Activities Week in support of Caudwell Children, a charity that provides access to the services, equipment, therapies and treatments children with disabilities and autism need to lead a full and active life.

To date, National Children’s Activities Week has raised nearly £250,000 and helped hundreds of families thanks to the participation of hundreds of thousands of businesses, parents, carers and children.

During the week, 13th to 19th May, thousands of franchisees and their customers come together to  promote the many benefits of children’s activities across the UK alongside some fun and fundraising.

And this year, Caudwell Children is super-charging the promotion of National Children’s Activities Week, raising the profile of the event and all the franchises taking part more than ever before.

The upcoming kick-off event, held on February 8th at the Caudwell International Children’s Centre, is open for sign up.  Franchises, franchisees, sponsors and supporters will find out more about the week and how their businesses will significantly benefit from being involved.  Plus there are some exciting opportunities on the day too:

  • Attendees will meet former X-Factor winner and Mum of the Year in 2016, Sam Bailey, who is the official ambassador of Children’s Activities Week 2024.

With a passion for supporting the future of autistic children, having publicly spoken about the struggles of having an autistic child and the pressure she has faced, the star continues to be a public advocate, striving to raise awareness.

  • Attendees have the opportunity to create personalised marketing content with Sam Bailey, as well as receive all necessary collateral, support, and ideas to help them put together the best possible activities for National Children’s Activities Week.

  • Plus there is a Marketing Masterclass for all attendees, delivered by Champions (UK) plc, an award-winning sales and growth consultancy which has worked with large  brands including Disney, Netflix, Google, Apple and Coca Cola, helping its clients achieve over £5billion growth in sales over the last 20 years.

  • Attendees will leave the event with a suite of tools to help them to promote their activities for National Children’s Activities Week 2024.

Ben Sutcliffe, director, comments on the importance of the event in 2024: “The increased exposure and support we are aiming to obtain this year will help us to raise vital funds for Caudwell Children. Our mission has always been to build a world where disabled children and their families can have choice, opportunity, dignity and understanding, and we look forward to increasing our reach to be able to help even more children.”
