Every ServiceMaster Clean franchise journey begins with a comprehensive two week training programme designed to give new owners the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to launch successfully.
Training is delivered both at the Franchise Support Centre in Leicester and remotely, depending on the module. Topics include:

ServiceMaster Clean Commercial serves local businesses. You provide carpet, upholstery, and hard floor cleaning and maintenance, either as one off projects or as part of a planned maintenance programme. This model is built around building strong relationships with commercial clients.

ServiceMaster Restore specialises in disaster restoration. Franchisees respond to fire, flood, and accidental damage, supporting customers through both major incidents and smaller domestic emergencies. No two days are the same, and the work is varied, essential, and highly valued.
