Please join us in welcoming  the newest addition to our support team!

As our network of franchise owners continues to grow, it is essential that we provide comprehensive, hands-on support to everyone coming through our doors. Our new Onboarding ManagerStuart McIndoe, will work closely with new franchise owners to ensure their franchising journey with us starts off on the right foot.

A Comprehensive Support System

The onboarding process can often be one of the most overwhelming parts of starting a new business. From the moment new franchise owners sign their agreements, our Onboarding Manager will be there to support them every step of the way to make sure their business is set up for success.

Our goal is to ensure that every new franchise owner feels confident, prepared, and well-supported as they get started. With the help of our Onboarding Manager, each franchise owner will receive personalised guidance that will streamline the setup process, address potential challenges before they arise, and ensure a smooth transition into the day-to-day operations of their new business.

Tailored Guidance

Each franchise owner’s journey is unique, and our Onboarding Manager will offer a customised approach to meet their specific needs. Whether it’s familiarising them with our systems and processes, providing industry-specific advice, or introducing them to other franchise owners within the Caremark network, our Onboarding Manager will be there to offer the support and resources necessary for a successful start.

Long-Term Success and Relationship Building

The role of our Onboarding Manager goes beyond just getting new franchise owners up and running. It’s about building a lasting relationship, providing ongoing support, and ensuring their long-term success.

Stuart will be the first point of contact for any questions or concerns that may arise throughout the early stages of the franchise journey, and will work to ensure that new owners feel confident in every aspect of their business operations. New franchise owners will worth with Stuart for the first 12-18 months before they are handed over to their Regional Support Manager and Quality Manager for daily, ongoing regular business support.

Taking us to new heights

The addition of our Onboarding Manager marks an exciting milestone in our commitment to providing the highest level of support to our franchise network. As we continue to expand and welcome new franchise owners, we are confident that this role will help lay a strong foundation for their success.

Paula Spriggs, Director of Operations at Caremark comments:

I am thrilled to appoint Stuart into this key role within the business development team.  Stuart brings with him a wealth of operational experience having worked at senior levels within home care providers and it is this hands on exposure which makes him perfect for this role which supports new franchisees right at the start of their franchising journey.

We’re thrilled to have such a dedicated and experienced professional join our team, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact Stuart will have on our franchise network.
