I started working with Choice in 2023 as a tutor, and I was always struck by Jo and Colin’s personable approach to their business and their impressive work ethic. From the very first meeting I had with them regarding becoming a franchisee, their passion and commitment for what they do was abundantly clear.
Colin and Jo are extremely honest, caring and supportive individuals and this made it an easy decision for me to buy into the franchise at the beginning of January 2025. I felt completely supported by Colin during my business training; he covered everything from small administrative details, day-to-day operations and client relations. His attention to detail during this training really was exceptional, he made me feel that there wasn’t ever a ‘silly’ question to ask and gave me the support, confidence and knowledge I needed to launch my business.
The support hasn’t stopped since launching; Colin and Jo have both been on hand anytime of the day with further guidance. The weekly catch-up meetings with Colin have been both welcome and reassuring for me as a first-time franchisee. In addition, the welcome and support I have received from the other franchisees has been indicative of the warm and supportive team Colin and Jo have created.
