Jo and Colin have been outstanding mentors from day 1. Not only have they supported me with encouraging words, but also via the efforts that they themselves have put forward in helping my franchise succeed. They always have time to help me, whether it’s a small administrative issue or a long conversation about marketing.
I started working with Choice in 2022 as a math tutor. Seeing first-hand how the business was run with integrity, transparency and a genuine commitment to helping students, encouraged me to buy in to the franchise at the start of December 2024. In the training phase, Colin was meticulous in his approach to delivering the well-designed material and was comfortable adapting to my style of learning. This meant I was able to hit the ground running, understanding all my administrative tasks and how they tie in to the growth of my franchise. Although Colin outlined the contractual support they would provide, they have exceeded every limit of what they were obligated to in order to help me get going, even hand delivering flyers and working market stalls within my area. Their support has been continuous, with weekly meetings and ad hoc discussions including the recruitment of customers and tutors. There is no way I could feel more supported.
Going forward, I believe that they will continue to contribute greatly to the success of my franchise in any way they can, and I couldn’t be happier about joining them.
