Pink Spaghetti is pleased to welcome four new franchisees into its growing network: Emma Foulger, Izzie James, Victoria Hunter, and Nicollette Baldwin. Each of them is now training with Pink Spaghetti’s Training Manager, Leigh‑Anne, as they build their own Virtual Assistant businesses in their respective territories.

New Franchisees & Their Territories

  • Emma Foulger – Pink Spaghetti Stevenage

  • Izzie James – Pink Spaghetti Luton

  • Victoria Hunter – Pink Spaghetti North Lincolnshire

  • Nicollette Baldwin – Pink Spaghetti Chichester

Training & Support in Action

Under the guidance of the head office support team and our Training Manager, Leigh‑Anne, the new franchisees are currently working through Pink Spaghetti’s comprehensive training programme. They’re learning everything from setting up client systems and pricing models, to marketing, tech tools, and client onboarding.

Leigh‑Anne’s role is to ensure each new franchisee has the confidence, systems, and support to launch successfully, and long-term.

A Model of Growth & Empowerment

Pink Spaghetti’s franchise model offers an opportunity for people to harness their transferable skills, such as administration, organisation, and communication, to build a flexible VA business they control. New franchisees often arrive from corporate roles, career breaks, or complementary backgrounds, seeking more autonomy and purpose in their work.

By supporting their launch with structured training, mentorship, and a collaborative community, Pink Spaghetti helps turn those ambitions into sustainable businesses.

Quote from Co‑Founder Caroline Gowing:

“We’re absolutely thrilled to have Emma, Izzie, Victoria and Nicollette join our Pink Spaghetti family this month. Their enthusiasm and commitment have already shone through during their early training. We believe in building a network where support, collaboration and empowerment are at the heart. These new franchisees will use their skills, their perspectives, and their ambition to serve clients, and in doing so, build a business and life that really works for them.”
