The Tezlom Network came together in force for its 2026 Conference, hosted at the iconic MK Dons Stadium, for a day dedicated to connection, motivation, and momentum. This year’s theme, ‘Connection,’ captured the spirit of the network’s mission to reignite passion, share best practices, and strengthen connections across the Tezlom network.

Hosted by Rachel Haslam, Founder of Team Academy, the conference was filled with energy, peer-to-peer collaboration, and powerful learning moments. The event offered a dynamic mix of hands-on sessions, team challenges, reflective exercises, and open discussions designed to inspire fresh thinking and boost business performance heading into 2026.

‘The conference was really engaging, and I really feel I took a lot away from the day, and the team-building exercise really showed us how we could use our minds in a team setting to overcome challenges. An eye opener for our team” – Umar, Tezlom Nottingham

Franchisees spanning the network, from newly launched offices through to those with over a decade of experience, came together to learn from one another, celebrate shared successes, and confront challenges with renewed focus. The professional yet relaxed setting overlooking the stadium pitch added to the atmosphere of collaboration and ambition.

‘The day gave me a lot to reflect on as a leader. I took away practical insights, a fresh perspective, and a renewed sense of purpose that will shape how we move forward.”  – Ryan Armitage, Director of Tezlom.

From tackling leadership scenarios to exploring innovative ways of working, attendees embraced the spirit of continuous improvement and connection that defines the Tezlom culture.

“The day was all about high energy, connection, and momentum and a space to reflect on mindset, share best practices, and get clear on what the network wants to achieve heading into 2026. The group left feeling more connected, more supported, and stronger as a network. This truly was a lean-in day.”  – Rachel Haslam, Founder of Team Academy

The 2026 Tezlom Conference proved to be a defining moment for the brand, delivering inspiration, practical tools, and authentic human connection. As franchisees left the stadium, one message was clear: the Tezlom network is stronger, bolder, and more united than ever as it heads into the next chapter.
