Award-winning Virtual Assistant franchise network, Pink Spaghetti, has announced a major milestone in its growth journey with the successful resale of its flagship Mid Cheshire franchise.

While Pink Spaghetti has previously supported successful franchise resales within the network, this marks the largest and most significant resale to date, representing an important moment in the franchise model’s continued maturity and long-term strength.

The Mid Cheshire franchise holds a unique place in Pink Spaghetti’s history. Founded by co-founders Caroline Gowing and Vicky Matthews in 2009, it became the original foundation business from which the wider franchise network was built.

Over the last 17 years, Pink Spaghetti has grown into a nationwide franchise network of 50+ franchisees across the UK, helping small business owners access flexible Virtual Assistant and business support services while also enabling franchisees to build scalable, lifestyle-friendly businesses of their own.

The resale demonstrates not only the ongoing demand for established Pink Spaghetti territories, but also the long-term value franchisees can create within the network.

Laura Davison has now taken over ownership of the Mid Cheshire territory, bringing with her extensive experience in business operations, project management, and business growth.

Her appointment follows a carefully planned transition period, ensuring continuity for clients while also marking the next stage in the evolution of one of the network’s most established territories.

Pink Spaghetti co-founder Caroline Gowing said:

“This is a hugely important moment for Pink Spaghetti as a franchise network. Resales are a key part of any mature franchise model because they demonstrate that franchisees are building businesses with genuine long-term value.

Laura is a fantastic fit for Pink Spaghetti, and I’m incredibly excited to see what she does next with the business.”

The milestone also reflects a growing trend across franchising, with more professionals looking for flexible business ownership opportunities that offer both lifestyle benefits and long-term commercial potential.

Pink Spaghetti’s model provides franchisees with exclusive territories across the UK, ongoing support, established systems, national brand recognition, and a collaborative network environment designed to help franchisees build sustainable businesses over time.

The network continues to expand across the UK, with a number of territories still available for prospective franchisees looking to start their own business with the backing of an established brand.
