At Pink Spaghetti PA Services, we often say that people are at the heart of everything we do, and few stories reflect that more than Zoe Murray’s.

Before joining our Head Office team, Zoe originally applied to become a franchisee. We knew immediately that she was “a Pink Spaghetti person”. Although she had already worked within another franchise network and had discovered a real passion for franchising, she felt that the values, culture and supportive community at Pink Spaghetti PA Services were exactly where she belonged.

Since joining the business, Zoe has become a huge part of our network’s growth and success. Alongside achieving a distinction in her Operations Manager qualification, she has helped develop new operational processes, profitability tools and annual business development forecasting to better support franchisees across the UK.

Zoe has also played a key role in supporting franchisees through challenging periods, helping them rebuild confidence, improve profitability and create stronger, more sustainable businesses. She has been instrumental in the continued development of our Pink Programme, our internal accelerator programme designed for franchisees with ambitious growth goals, and has led projects focused on improving sales funnels and long-term business performance across the network.

In 2024, Zoe won Employee of the Year at the EWIF Awards, and in December 2025 she was promoted to Head of Franchising as we prepared for our next phase of growth.

For us, Zoe’s journey reflects exactly what is so special about franchising, people growing together, building meaningful careers, supporting others to succeed, and becoming part of something bigger than themselves.
