For the past 15 years, Right at Home UK’s franchise network has been making a meaningful difference in communities across the country — supporting people to live safely and happily in their own homes, while building trusted local businesses rooted in compassion, connection and exceptional care.
Over the last 12 months alone, our network has delivered 2,867,198 hours of care and support across the UK, helping thousands of Clients maintain their independence and stay connected to the people and places they love. Today, our established offices trading for more than two years consistently average over £1 million in annual revenue, demonstrating the strength and sustainability of the model.
One moment that truly captured the spirit of our network was the Big Green Picnic 2025, delivered in partnership with the charity Dementia Adventure. From beach barbecues in Bournemouth to garden parties in Swindon and wellbeing events in Nantwich, Right at Home offices across the UK brought Clients, families, carers and local communities together to create joyful, dementia-friendly outdoor experiences.
What made the campaign so special was the passion shown by franchise owners and their teams. Offices organised music sessions, crafts, fundraising events and inclusive activities designed to help people living with dementia feel connected and supported.
Alongside this community impact, our franchisees continue to build remarkable businesses. One standout example is Jack Miller, owner of Right at Home Central Wiltshire, whose office has been one of the fastest-growing businesses in the network, doubling size in 12 months to reach £2m revenue whilst maintaining exceptional standards of person-centred care.
These are the moments that make us proud to be part of franchising — thriving local businesses, creating lasting impact through care, compassion and community every single day.
