I initially worked as a tutor for Choice, including at their Summer workshops, and this greatly helped me to gain a little knowledge about their ethos and approach. Once I decided to start a Choice franchise, the level of training and support I received was excellent. Despite me being an ex-senior teacher and having run another business briefly, Colin’s help was crucial in allowing me to launch my company within a month of signing the agreement. He and Jo have been there every step of the way, including times when the pieces needed picking up after I’d made errors!
Support has also been provided by the other franchisees who have been on hand, among other things, to share their tutors with me! Given the support I have received to date, I’m confident that I’m in a position to make my business a success. I feel that Choice is like a family and it is a joy to work in this environment.
