Derbyshire, UK, 8th January 2026 – Countrywide Grounds Maintenance Derbyshire were recently shortlisted for two major accolades at the prestigious VINCI Facilities Supply Chain Awards, recognising suppliers who demonstrate excellence in service delivery, sustainability, and community impact.

The awards celebrate exceptional partners who play a vital role in supporting VINCI Facilities’ mission to deliver outstanding facilities management solutions across the UK. Out of a supply chain of more than 1,700 businesses, Countrywide Grounds Maintenance Derbyshire was named among just 50 finalists, an achievement that highlights its commitment to high standards and responsible practices.

The business was shortlisted in both the Environmental Impact Award and Social Impact Award categories, reflecting its ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact while supporting the communities it serves. Although the team did not take home an award on the night, the recognition reinforced the value of its contribution to the sector.

Adam Passfield, Regional Manager at Countrywide Grounds Maintenance Derbyshire, said:
“It was a real privilege to be in the room. We didn’t take home an award this year in our categories, but any disappointment vanished when I realised we were one of only 50 suppliers invited out of a total supply chain of more than 1,700. That alone feels like real recognition for myself and the team.”

Mark Heath, Managing Director of Countrywide Grounds Maintenance, added:
“Being shortlisted in two categories alongside such respected organisations is a testament to the dedication of our teams and franchisees. Their commitment to sustainable practices and meaningful community impact continues to set the standard for our industry, and we are incredibly proud of what has been achieved.”

This recognition further demonstrates Countrywide’s focus on responsible growth and its alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities across the network. The business continues to invest in innovation, community partnerships, and environmentally conscious grounds maintenance solutions that deliver value for clients while supporting a more sustainable future.
