Home Instead UK has been named the highest ranking home care company in the Financial Times’ ‘Best Employers’ list out of 500 major UK businesses, many of which are in the healthcare and social sector.

Around 20,000 people were interviewed from a wide range of companies and surveyed on areas such as career prospects, company image, salary and working conditions.

Home Instead UK was within the top five companies in ‘Healthcare & Social’, which is the most predominant category in the list, taking number 28 in the list overall.

With several opportunities to undergo training, Home Instead enables care professionals to specialise in certain areas, including dementia and Parkinson’s care, giving them the chance to upskill and progress in their careers.
