More Than Loft Ladders (MTLL) is putting its franchisees first with the launch of a new head office, giving its growing network a dedicated base for training and support. New developments include the MTLL Academy and a new content studio, all giving franchisees further resources to help their businesses grow.
The move also comes as the brand welcomes a new franchisee, Ant Dyboll, who will bring more than three decades of business experience to his territory in North Hampshire.
For MTLL’s Managing Director Liam Hobbs, the new headquarters in Long Eaton is about creating a place where the whole network can come together. “It’s great to see the office up and running after over a year of planning.
“I’d love for it to become a real hub for our franchisees, somewhere they enjoy coming to, meeting other people and picking up new ideas.”

The new facility is home to the MTLL Academy, providing a dedicated space for franchisees to learn the ropes before heading out on the road. It will also be available to existing franchisees looking to refresh their knowledge or to learn new skills.”
There is also a dedicated content studio, giving MTLL the ability to produce more resources that franchisees can use in their marketing campaigns, from introductory videos and customer communications to social media content.
Alongside the new headquarters, the network has welcomed Ant Dyboll to its franchise family, launching MTLL North Hampshire. After more than 30 years in technology and business, Ant was looking for an opportunity to craft something of his own that would also make a difference to customers in his community.
“MTLL felt like the right fit to me because of its reputation for quality and professionalism, as well as its established model and a real focus on customer satisfaction,” said Ant. “Now I’m looking to build a trusted local service across North Hampshire, and hopefully further afield in the years ahead.”
For Liam, bringing franchisees like Ant into the fold makes getting the foundations right all the more important. “Ant is bringing a huge amount of business experience with him, so we’re excited to see what he can achieve.
“We have a vision for the future of MTLL, but you need the right foundations underneath that ambition. This new space gives us the platform to keep developing our people, the resources available to them and the systems around our franchisees as we move forward.”
