Get Ahead, the award-winning virtual outsourcing agency, is delighted to announce the addition of a new franchisee to its expanding network. Natasha Doran will lead the East Surrey region, helping companies in Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, Reigate, Sutton and beyond to get ahead.

Having worked for major global financial services companies, running large teams and delivering major projects, Natasha has gained a wealth of skills over the past 20 years. While looking for a new challenge, Natasha came across Rebecca Newenham, founder and director of Get Ahead, on LinkedIn.

“I had been thinking about my next career move for a while, approaching it with a really open mind about what would work for me professionally and personally,” Natasha said. “Everything Rebecca said about Get Ahead really resonated with me. Initially, I had been keen to go out on my own as a freelancer, but I realised quite quickly that I would benefit from the network Rebecca had built around Get Ahead.”

The flexibility of the Get Ahead franchise was a key benefit for Natasha. “I worked for an incredible organisation which was really flexible, but I really wanted the opportunity to do something for myself, and the ownership to take a business in whatever direction I wanted to. Over the next few months, Natasha is excited to get out and network, building connections with local businesses across East Surrey. “One of the things that drew me to Get Ahead was the opportunity to network locally and get to know the businesses on my doorstep. East Surrey is a vibrant region, encompassing major towns, more rural areas, and a diverse mix of companies. Having been a problem solver all my career, I am keen to meet local businesses and find out how I can help them achieve their goals. ”
