Little Dreams Franchise Ltd was launched in December 2021 and within a month we had already signed up and trained our first two founder franchisees. We are now expanding members of the BFA with 7 territories and won the EWIF New Women Franchisors of the Year in 2023 as well as the Disruptive Franchise Award for Pioneering Franchise in the same year!

There are other training courses on the market today, claiming to teach people how to be a sleep consultant. We believe our franchise goes far beyond any other offering on the market today. All of our Little Dreams franchisees receive a high level of training both inhouse and from external experts. Following the initial 3 day training, we will guide you through our First Year Support Plan (FYSP), including access to our daily ‘sleep clinic’, weekly 1:1 sessions with the founders, client observations, in-territory mentoring, roundtables with the wider network, and specialist refresher courses.
After your first year, you continue to benefit from individual supervisions, network meetings, our annual conference, and 24/7 access to our library of help guides and videos.
We also provide step-by-step guidance to help you grow your business, including business planning, local marketing, recruiting and training new consultants, expanding into new territories, or, if part time, moving to full-time. With Little Dreams, support and growth opportunities are unlimited.
A day in the life of one of our franchisees is never the same as any other!
The beauty of this job is that, although you will be predominantly working with families and helping them support their little one towards some life changing skills, you will also be building new relationships with other small businesses in your area. This is balanced with attending networking events, creating and presenting seminars and creating referral partners.
The franchisee will ultimately be responsible for running a successful territory and all the aspects involved in achieving that but no two days are the same and you really are changing lives!
