Hi I’m Tel and I am a franchise owner of Basking Babies for South East London; Dulwich, Forest Hill and Sydenham and surrounding areas. I am mum of two girls and I am extremely passionate about helping other women during pre and post birth which is one of the most vulnerable times in our life. I love teaching and spreading the skills of baby massage and baby reflexology as the benefits are incredible and getting to see this first hand is so magical.
After completing my own baby massage course with my daughter I totally fell in love with it. I use the techniques on my own children who have suffered with colic symptoms and severe constipation and am so passionate about the use of natural and holistic approaches to such ailments. I decided I wanted to inform, educate and pass on these skills to all my mummas locally so they too can be empowered to use these techniques to help their own children. Providing mums with a safe space each week to share their stories, build life long friendships, take time to bond with their babies and for their babies to also fall in love with massage time with their mummies was the reason behind me joining Basking Babies. I knew I had to be apart of this journey and I am so grateful to say I get to do this as a job! I also wanted to create a business I am passionate about whilst keeping my own family at the forefront of my priorities. I work around my family completely and am able to be there for them in ways it was not possible before.
