EWIF and BFA member Jenna Wilson, the founder of Little Dreams Consulting, has been speaking at Dragon Den star’s Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday event about business resilience.
#SBS is one of the leading small business networks in the UK marking its 15th anniversary in 2025. Created by Theo Paphitis (best known for appearing on the BBC’s Dragons’ Den, Chairman of Ryman, Boux Avenue, Robert Dyas and London Graphic Centre) this event bring together over 1000 businesses from around the UK..
For the first time, this year’s event had an official theme: Resilience Rocks! Jenna was on the main stage panel discussing everything from imposter syndrome to talking about her business journey – from solicitor to award winning franchisor.
On their website Theo Paphitis said: “#SBS Small Business Sunday is about more than recognition – it’s about belief: belief in ideas, entrepreneurs and the power of community. Our network now includes more than 4,500 members, and none of it would be possible without our incredible partners who share that belief and champion small businesses every step of the way. For 15 years, #SBS has given entrepreneurs a platform to celebrate and grow. When you back small businesses, you’re backing people, families and futures.”
Jenna says “I set up Little Dreams Consulting in 2016 and run it around the busy commitments of three lively children. We’ve since grown into a warm and supportive team and also have launched our award winning franchise – becoming SBS winners in 2025. We are so excited to welcome new people to join us on our mission to transform the sleep of thousands around the world.”
Little Dreams doesn’t promote traditional “sleep training”. Instead, it uses an evidence-based approach that’s helped over 2000 families turn overtired tantrums and bedtime battles into a problem of the past. With only 5* Google reviews throughout the franchise, it has won numerous awards and both founders and members of the British Sleep Society, British Pediatric Sleep Society, and Association of Professional Sleep Consultants.
