We’re thrilled to announce that Aspray has once again received the prestigious 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award from WorkBuzz. This marks our third consecutive year earning this honour. This award is especially meaningful because it is based entirely on feedback from our franchisees. The feedback was collected through an anonymous survey that evaluates all aspects of the franchise experience.

WorkBuzz is a respected independent organisation that measures franchisee satisfaction across the UK. Each year, they ask franchise networks to rate their experience across key performance areas.

As part of the latest survey, franchisees rated Aspray on several important areas. These included initial training and support, ongoing help from the franchisor, leadership, company culture, financial opportunity, work-life balance, and overall satisfaction.

This year, we were proud to learn that 100% of respondents said they feel proud to be franchisees with Aspray. In addition, 95% of respondents expressed satisfaction with our franchise system, reinforcing the effectiveness and proven success of our model. These results showcase the strength of our franchise offering and the high-quality support we provide at every stage of the journey.

Furthermore, this award highlights the success of the Aspray franchise and celebrates the dedication of our entire team. We remain committed to equipping our franchisees with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to grow thriving businesses.
