The Holiday Franchise Company wanted to modernise how they capture and share their FAM trip experiences with their network of travel agents and FAM trip providers, so designed and
launched a new system, called FAM Trip Builder.
FAM trips are a fantastic way to enhance destination and supplier product knowledge, by experiencing them first-hand.
The system highlights every element of the trip and brings to life their encounters, which are then hosted on their Journey to Success E-learning platform, as well as being provided to the FAM trip provider, to enable them to gain insight on how successful the trip was.
