The Holiday Franchise Company hosted their first annual conference in Birmingham.

This was a two-day event, where they brought their franchisees together for a business
update, supplier networking, celebrating their achievements and planning for a stronger future.

The first day of the event focussed on the skills needed to be successful in travel, with gurus such as John
McEwan. They updated the team on their sustainable growth and achievements, including their industry
leading technology, such as their eLearning Platform Journey to Success, Supplier Search, Quote Builder
and Support on Demand.

Franchisees had the ability to network with selected and trusted tour operators to increase their
knowledge and sales

The evening was finished off with a gala diner awards ceremony.

The second day focussed on planning for a stronger future, they explored ideas that could help improve
their offering for their franchisees, as well as building on current technology.

Natalie Woods, owner of Sandalwood Escapes has said “What a fantastic couple of days! Huge thanks to

At the conference, The Holiday Franchise Company was also proud to announce that they had placed in
the HSBC Elite Top 100 Franchisees for the fourth year in a row, the first travel franchise to achieve this
level of recognition.
