Home Instead builds momentum in Ireland with first Discovery Day

Home Instead

Home Instead’s plans to expand its franchise network across Ireland are gathering momentum, following a recent Discovery Day with prospective franchise owners.

The event brought together a handpicked group of individuals interested in learning more about the opportunity to build a Home Instead business in Ireland, as we look to establish locally owned franchises across new territories throughout the country.

This was the first of what we hope will be many Discovery Days as we continue conversations with ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders interested in joining Home Instead and bringing high-quality home care to their local communities.

New Home Instead franchise territories across Ireland

As part of this next phase of growth, we are exploring opportunities across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Tipperary and Waterford, as well as other areas of the country.

When considering a potential new territory, our Franchise Development team looks carefully at the local area and the opportunity to establish and grow a sustainable home care business there.

For prospective franchise owners, this means working closely with our team to explore where their experience, ambitions and local knowledge could fit within Home Instead’s plans for Ireland.

You can find out more about the Home Instead franchise opportunity and the support available to our franchise owners.

Meeting Ireland’s future franchise owners

Our first Ireland Discovery Day welcomed prospective franchisees from a range of professional and entrepreneurial backgrounds, including existing business owners and people with experience across finance and technology, as well as those with personal connections to care.

There is no single background required to become a Home Instead franchise owner, and previous experience of working in care isn’t essential. We’re looking for people with the leadership skills and commercial ambition to develop a successful business, alongside a genuine commitment to making a difference in their community.

Discovery Days form an important part of the Home Instead franchise journey, allowing both our team and prospective owners to get to know one another, ask questions and explore whether there is a strong mutual fit.

Could you bring Home Instead to your community?

Our first Discovery Day is an exciting step, but it is just the beginning of our plans for Ireland.

We’re continuing to explore potential territories across the country and want to hear from people interested in building a purpose-led business backed by Home Instead’s established franchise model and support network.

Whether you’re based in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Tipperary, Waterford or elsewhere in Ireland, get in touch with Luke Spellman, Franchise Development Manager, to start a conversation about the opportunities available.
