Revive! Slough, one of the UK’s leading mobile providers of minor paint and bodywork repairs for vehicles and alloy wheels, is celebrating five years in business after recently being shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Thames Valley Business & Community Awards.

Kyle Thorburn first started the business with two vans and a team of two experienced technicians alongside him. Revive! Slough has since doubled in size, expanding from two vans and technicians to four vans and a team of four IMI accredited technicians. Since launching in 2021, Revive! Slough has completed more than 13,000 repairs for over 5,000 customers across Berkshire.

Adding to the business’s success, the team was shortlisted for SME of the Year at the Thames Valley Business & Community Awards, while Kyle was nominated for Male Entrepreneur of the Year.

“It’s really amazing to see how far we’ve come. Launching in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic was certainly not ideal, but the local community really rallied behind us and helped establish us as a trusted SMART repair business in the area. We wouldn’t be celebrating this milestone without their support. I’d just like to thank our customers and local dealers who have welcomed Revive! Slough and really helped us grow,” commented Kyle Thorburn, owner of Revive! Slough.

The business only uses highly skilled technicians to carry out quality, cost-effective repairs at a time and place to suit customers. Repairs usually cost far less than the average insurance policy excess without the hassle of taking your vehicle to the body shop, sorting out lifts or arranging a courtesy car.

Revive! Slough is part of the larger Revive! Network of SMART repairers and is one of more than 55 franchisees nationwide. As part of the Revive! Network, Kyle has benefited from ongoing training and business support, helping the operation grow and secure larger commercial opportunities across Berkshire.
