Nicholas Humphreys Nottingham, one of the largest student accommodation providers in the East Midlands, has scooped the top title of Franchise Year at the company’s Annual Awards.
Nicholas Humphreys, which became part of the Belvoir Group in 2021, hosted its Annual Conference and Awards at Belton Woods Hotel in Grantham, bringing together franchisees from across the network to recognise everyone’s achievements during the past year.
“I am absolutely delighted that Nicholas Humphreys Nottingham has been awarded Franchise of the Year,” says Jonathan Macdonald, who is the Director and co-owner of the Nicholas Humphreys Nottingham branch.
“To have won this award as a team for a fifth time since we initially launched our first franchised office in 2012 is a fantastic achievement. I have two great business partners, Dan Strain and Kevin Laban, and together we also own the Nicholas Humphreys Manchester and Nicholas Humphreys Stoke offices. This has been very much a team effort. We have some incredible people working with us throughout the business, and this award is a testament to their continued hard work and commitment.
“We were also delighted that Nicholas Humphreys Manchester won Sales Franchise of the Year 2021-2022. I think it is fair to say that although there have been challenges in the past couple of years, everyone in our teams pulled together and adapted where necessary in order to keep moving the business forward in what is a very competitive industry.
