Whether you’re new to the F&B world, or an experienced investor looking to expand your portfolio, working with the very best is the key to success.
One of the biggest things that makes franchising such a successful business model for both investors and franchisors is its unique ability to bring together talented people. For us here at Chicken Cottage, franchising allows us to attract the kind of entrepreneurial talent the opportunity deserves far and above what is possible with traditional corporate growth.
For investment partners, franchising is a way to access an established brand that already has a proven track record of success. Perhaps even more importantly, franchising allows partners to enjoy the best of both worlds: control of their own business portfolio with a powerful brand, and all the financial rewards that come with it, but with all the support and infrastructure that comes with a larger organisation.
At the heart of any successful franchise like ours is the Operations team. Their role is to ensure that all our processes and systems are as streamlined and effective as they possible can be so that our partners can deliver a consistently high quality of services and products to their customers. They provide vital support to franchisees, but are also essential in helping them to recreate what makes Chicken Cottage so special in their own territories.
Just as success breeds success, we understand that talent attracts talent, which is why we have recruited some of the very best the industry has to offer to run our own Operations team. Along with the rest of your support team, they will play an important part in helping you grow your multi-unit business.
