The Bookham location represents a major milestone, introducing Chicken Cottage’s first-ever store-in-store concept inside Esso petrol station alongside Spar. The grand opening was buzzing with excitement, smiles, and satisfied customers sampling our signature menu items, witnessing a strong sign of growing community enthusiasm for the brand.
Meanwhile, the Surbiton launch stands as a testament to the loyalty and love Chicken Cottage continues to inspire. Customers eagerly returned for their favourite flavours, underscoring the brand’s commitment to consistency, quality, and authentic taste.
Both openings were brand conversions from other operators, with franchisees now expressing strong satisfaction with the performance and the continued support from Chicken Cottage’s head office team.
