The Blue Box connects with Bluetooth-enabled medical devices to monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation, pulse, and respiratory rate. Using the NHS-developed National Early Warning Score 2 (NEWS2) system, it delivers an instant health status score via a clear traffic-light indicator. It also supports urine analysis to detect infections early, especially important for identifying UTIs, a common cause of hospitalisation among older adults.
